Immediately after purchasing a plan you will be sent an email with a link to set up your account. If you do not see this email please check your spam folder. If you are not the user of the membership please forward the link to the relevant person.

• Immediately after payment an email is sent to the address entered at checkout. This email contains an activation link which must be clicked to activate the membership. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email.
• Refunds can be given for any unactivated membership purchases up to 30 days after purchase.
• Once a membership has been activated it cannot be refunded.
• The question bank is fully searchable without any membership. Please make sure it contains what you are looking for before purchase. No refund will be given due to the absence of unpublicised features or content.
• Refunds will not be given if the website is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control e.g. internet outage due to natural disasters or regional conflict.
